| La Concha Resort Condos: 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Beach Front Condo 201 Location: La Paz, Mexico Accommodations: Recently remodeled construction and furniture ( total remodel 2008). Luxury beach front condo is perfect for couples. 201 is 1500SF and has 4 queen beds. Condo has complete kitchen with refrigerator, range oven, microwave, dishwasher and appliances. 201 has purified drinking water and washer/dryer in the condo.  At La Concha, when you step on your balcony you feel the relaxing sound of the ocean. Our condos are on the peaceful Bay of La Paz, where the crystal clear sea awaits you. Our guests are permitted to use the neighboring La Concha Hotel facilities, restaurant,room service, palapa bar, and the 5 star PADI dive shop at the Cortez Club. La Paz is the capital of Baja California Sur, a beautiful Mexican city with just the right touch of tourism. Nearby you can day trip to Todos Santos art colony or off to Los Cabos. We are located next to the hotel where you can go to the front desk and create a charge and be able to bill food and drinks from the restaurant and palapa bar and also enjoy room service during your stay. The condos are separate from the hotel and we have our own quiet pool and hot tub. Our 2nd floor unit has elevator access and the gated building has complete 24 hour security guards to set you at ease. You can arrive at all hours as you will have your own gate key and remote to open the car gate. Bring your laptop (condos have wi fi). The condo has TV, DVD, DIVX and 50 movies to enjoy. If you need to do laundry, you have a stackable W/D in the condo.  Condo 201 is 2nd Floor First 2 Balconies on the Left * THESE ARE NO SMOKING UNITS and HOA restrictions do not allow pets or children under 14. Only couples or partners please (no singles). One week minimum stay RATES ( in US Dollars ) 201 2 bd 2 ba $1000/week for 2 (add $25/person/day for more than 2) MAX 6 Cleaning will be provided weekly.. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 10% IVA La Paz Tax is required
