New La Concha Condos 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and Studio Beach Front Condos 201 & 202 Location: La Paz, Mexico Accommodations: condominium unit 201 is 2 Bd 2Ba and unit 202 is a studio. New construction and furniture ( total remodel 2008). Condos are side by side. Rent either or both. Luxury beach front condos are perfect for couples. 201 is 1500SF and has 4 queen beds. 202, the Studio is 800 sf and has a king and queen bed "AU" sleeper. Both units have complete kitchens with refrigerators, range ovens, microwaves, dishwasher and appliances. Both condos have purified drinking water and both condos have washer/dryer units IN the condos.  At La Concha, when you step on your balcony you feel the relaxing sound of the ocean. Our condos are on the peaceful Bay of La Paz, where the crystal clear sea awaits you. Our guests are permitted to use the neighboring La Concha Hotel facilities, restaurant,room service, palapa bar, and the 5 star PADI dive shop at the Cortez Club. La Paz is the capital of Baja California Sur, a beautiful Mexican city with just the right touch of tourism. Nearby you can day trip to Todos Santos art colony or off to Los Cabos. We are located next to the hotel where you can go to the front desk and create a charge and be able to bill food and drinks from the restaurant and palapa bar and also enjoy room service during your stay. The condos are separate from the hotel and we have our own quiet pool and hot tub. Our 2nd floor units have elevator access and the gated building has complete 24 hour security guards to set you at ease. You can arrive at all hours as you will have your own gate key and remote to open the car gate. Bring your laptop ( condos have wi fi ). The condos have TV, DVD, DIVX and 50 movies to enjoy. If you need to do laundry, you have a stackable W/D in both units so you do not have to go to 3rd floor and wait for a machine. You have a state of art water purification U-V system that purifies the cold and hot water and YES you can drink the water and make ice in 201 or 202. Our manager Leo, will make sure that your condo is ready for your stay and will check you in and out. Condo 201 is 2nd Floor First 2 Balconies on the Left Condo 202 is 2nd Floor 3rd Balcony on the Left * THESE ARE NO SMOKING UNITS and HOA restrictions do not allow pets or children under 14. Only couples or partners please ( no singles ) One week minimum stay RATES ( in US Dollars ) 201 2 bd 2 ba $1200/week for 2 (add $15/person/day for more than 2) MAX 6 202 Studio $800/week for 2 (add $15/person/day for more than 2) MAX 4 Cleaning will be provided weekly, daily service is available at additional cost. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 10% IVA La Paz Tax is required
